Cancellation Policy

• Before dispatch: You can request a cancellation any time before your order is dispatched. Once we confirm, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched / shipped. If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy instead.
• How it works: Send us your order number using one of the options below. Our team will process the cancellation and confirm by email.
